Elizabeth Kaveny, Principal of Kaveny + Kroll recently participated on a panel speaking on “Closing Arguments” for Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA). A key takeaway from the dais “Never forget how you are going to end your closing and how you are going to end your rebuttal. There is nothing more awkward than getting to the end and realizing you have nothing left to say” said Elizabeth towards the end of the lecture.
