Tuesday, May 21, 2019 marks the 40th anniversary of the deadliest passenger airline accident on U.S. soil. What should have been a routine flight from Chicago’s O’Hare Airport to Los Angeles, instead resulted in a fiery crash and the death of all 258 passengers and 13 crew members aboard.

“It’s tragic to remember this day and this incident,” said Jeffrey Kroll, Senior Partner with Kaveny + Kroll. “However, that date is etched into all of our minds as it began continuing efforts into reforming and improving air safety for all those involved.”
